-تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة ودورها في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية –دراسة ميدانية لجامعات الشرق الجزائري

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف عن "تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة ودورها في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية"، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي قصد التعرف على استخدام مكونات تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة –الأجهزة-شبكة الانترنت-البرمجيات-قواعد البيانات-الكفاءات البشرية-في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية كان منها: 1) هل تساهم الأجهزة التي يوفرها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية؟ 2) هل تساهم شبكة الانترنت التي يوفرها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية؟ 3) هل تساهم البرمجيات التي يوفرها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية؟ 4) هل تساهم قواعد البيانات التي يوفرها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية؟ 5) هل تساهم الكفاءات البشرية التي يكونها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية؟ وشملت عينة الدراسة على 102 مفردة من مخابر كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الوادي، وتم التحصل على مفردات العينة عن طريق العينة القصدية، مستعينين بأداة الدراسة الاستمارة، وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى جملة من النتائج، نذكر منها: 1- لا تساهم الأجهزة التي يوفرها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية. 2- لا تساهم شبكة الانترنت التي يوفرها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية. 3- تساهم البرمجيات التي يوفرها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية. 4- تساهم قواعد البيانات التي يوفرها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية. 5- تساهم الكفاءات البشرية التي يكونها المخبر في تفعيل الإنتاج العلمي بالمخابر الجامعية. Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية This study aims to identify "modern communication technology and its role in activating scientific production in university laboratories." The study relied on a descriptive approach to understand the use of components of modern communication technology – devices, internet network, software, databases, and human competencies – in activating scientific production in university laboratories. The study was based on a set of sub-questions, including: 1) Do the devices provided by the laboratory contribute to activating scientific production in university laboratories? 2) Does the internet network provided by the laboratory contribute to activating scientific production in university laboratories? 3) Do the software provided by the laboratory contribute to activating scientific production in university laboratories? 4) Do the databases provided by the laboratory contribute to activating scientific production in university laboratories? 5) Do the human competencies developed by the laboratory contribute to activating scientific production in university laboratories? The study sample included 102 individuals from the laboratories of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Al-ouedi, and the sample was obtained through purposive sampling, using a questionnaire as a research tool. The researcher reached several results, including: 1- The devices provided by the laboratory do not contribute to activating scientific production in university laboratories. 2- The internet network provided by the laboratory does not contribute to activating scientific production in university laboratories. 3- The software provided by the laboratory contributes to activating scientific production in university laboratories. 4- The databases provided by the laboratory contribute to activating scientific production in university laboratories. 5- The human competencies developed by the laboratory contribute to activating scientific production in university laboratories.
