dc.description.abstractThe rapid advancement of information and communication technologies (ICT) is reshaping all sectors of the economy. Emerging digital technologies are profoundly transforming the core functions of enterprises, making the management of their impact a critical issue in aligning the digital and physical worlds. In Algeria, the digitalization of the insurance sector has progressed. Nevertheless, digital transformation is increasingly recognized as a strategic.This study explores the digital transition within Algerian insurance companies through a qualitative research approach. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews with managers and IT engineers from five insurance firms. The findings underscore the gradual, yet tangible progress made by these companies in adapting to the digital era in responding to the challenges and opportunities it present.
