إمكانية استثمار صندوق ضبط الإيرادات الجزائري في القطاع العقاري

Abstract

نهدف في هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان إمكانية استثمار صندوق ضبط الإيرادات الجزائري في المجال العقاري على شاكلة صندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي مع شركة"روشن" ، وذلك من خلال تحليل نتائج محاكاة استثمار الصندوق في مشروع "عدل 03"، باعتبار استثمار صندوق الثروة السيادي "صندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي"معمجموعة"روشن العقارية" الرائدة في مجال الاستثمار العقاري في المملكة السعودية نموذجا ناجحا في هذا المجال ،وقد توصلنا إلى توضيح استخدامات أرصدة الصندوق خلال الفترة 2018-2023 وكذلك محاولة تقييم الفرصة المالية الضائعة من عدم استثمار صندوق ضبط الإيرادات في المجال العقاري التي قد تساهم في تنويع مصادر إيرادات الدولة وتعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي في الجزائر. This studyaims to demonstrate the possibility of the Algerian Revenue RegulationFundinvesting in the real estatefield in the form of the Saudi Public InvestmentFundwiththe company "ROSHN" by analyzing the results of simulating the Fund'sinvestment in the project "AADL 03", considering the investment of the sovereignwealthfund "Saudi Public InvestmentFund" With the leading real estateinvestment group "ROSHN" in the Kingdom of SaudiArabiaa successfulexperience in thisfield, we have worked out the uses of the Fund'sassetsduring the period 2018-2023 as well as the attempt to assess the missedfinancialopportunityfrom the non-investment of the Revenue RegulationFundin the real estate area thatcouldcontribute to diversifying the sources of revenue of the State and promoteeconomicstability in Algeria.
