Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the strategic leadership contributes to the sharing of implicit knowledge among employees, through the development of tacit knowledge among employees. After analyzing the data of the questionnaires distributed using the statistical program (25SPSS V) of 74 questionnaires, the study concluded that there is a strategic leadership that supports the sharing of tacit knowledge among employees.
