Today, rapid population growth, industrialization, and the overexploitation of natural resources have placed significant pressure on ecosystems. Sustainable development has emerged as a global response to these challenges. It aims to balance economic growth, environmental protection, and social well-being in order to meet the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
