أثر الثقافة التنظيمية في تعزيز ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture in its dimensions in Enhancing green human resource management practices in commercial banks in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used to collect data, analyze it and test its hypotheses. Various statistical treatments were used, most notably arithmetic averages, standard deviations, regression analysis, variance and correlation coefficients. The researchers developed a questionnaire consisting of (41) items and used it as a main tool. For data collection, (90) questionnaires were distributed to supervisory jobs in commercial banks and employees working in human resources activities in them, and (60) questionnaires were retrieved from them that were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V25). The study reached several results, most notably: the existence of an impact of organizational culture with its dimensions: (organizational values, organizational trends, empowering employees, the motivational dimension) in promoting green human resource management practices with its dimensions: (green performance management, green training and development, green employment, green compensation) respectively, and the level of organizational culture and green human resource management practices according to the participants' perception was average, and the study concluded that there is a positive direct relationship between the two variables. The study recommended reinforcement of the environmental dimension in human resource practices and establishing an organizational culture that promotes green human resource practices.
