الجمعيات الخيرية ودورها في تحقيق التنمية القيمية بالمجتمع

Abstract

الملخص: سعت الدراسة الى التعرف على ادوار الجمعيات الخيرية في تحقيق التنمية القيمية بالمجتمع في مدينة الوادي، وهي احدى ولايات الجنوب الشرقي بالجزائر، والتي ينشط فيها عدد كبير من الجمعيات الخيرية المحلية والوطنية الهامة والفاعلة في الميدان. حيث ركزت الدراسة على استكشاف الدور التربوي والدور الخدماتي، والوسائل والانشطة التي تعتمد عليها الجمعيات الخيرية في الميدان في سبيل تحقيق التنمية القيمية بالمجتمع، اعتمدت الدراسة على الدراسات السوسيولوجية في طرحها النظري المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة والوقوف على اهمية التنمية القيمية بالمجتمع كحلقة من حلقات التنمية الشاملة، التنمية القيمية التي تمثلت في غرس القيم في المجتمع وتعزيزها كمصطلح في حقل سوسيولوجيا التربية، والتعرف على القيم وأهميتها في توجيه السلوك الانساني. واسترشدت الباحثة بنظرية الدور كنظرية عامة، دون التقيد بافتراضاتها، والتي تعتقد أن سلوك الفرد وعلاقاته الاجتماعية تعتمد على الادوار التي يقوم بها داخل المجتمع، من خلال المكانة التي يشغلها، دون التقيد بإجراءات النظرية افتراضاتها، واعتمدت الباحثة في الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة الميدانية على منهج الكيفي (النوعي) مستخدمة المقابلة كأداة اساسية لجمع البيانات النوعية اضافة للملاحظة بالمشاركة، معتمدة على اسلوب التحليل الموضوعي للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة. ومن خلال الاسلوب المعتمد على الفهم والتأويل اظهرت النتائج الإجابة على الدراسة على ضوء أهدافها، حيث تم التعرف على الادوار التي تقدمها الجمعيات الخيرية في المجتمع. فالدور التربوي الذي تمثل في تعزيز وغرس القيم بأنواعها دينية، اخلاقية، اجتماعية لدى الفاعلين و المستفيدين من برامج الجمعيات الخيرية المتمثلة في التعليم القرآني، ودروس الوعظ والارشاد، وتنظيم المحاضرات والندوات، والدورات التدريبية والتكوينية حيث اعتمدت بعض الجمعيات الخيرية على بناء مناهج قيمية على ايدي خبراء. كما تجلى الدور الخدماتي الذي جمع بين الخدمات والتربية، في الدعم المادي والمعنوي للفئات المستهدفة، مثل توزيع المساعدات الغذائية والرعاية الصحية وإطلاق بعض الدورات للتعريف بالقيم واهميتها، بالإضافة الى رعاية الاطفال في الرياض، وفصول محو الأمية لنشر قيمة العلم والتعلم، حيث لم يقتصر هذا الدور على الجوانب المادية فقط بل تعدى الى تعزيز قم العطاء والتراحم والتكافل والتضامن بالمجتمع. واظهرت النتائج كذاك أن الوسائل والانشطة التي اعتمدت عليها الجمعيات الخيرية، تنوعت واشتملت على الحملات التوعوية والدروس الدينية ومحاضرات تخص الجانب العلاقاتي في الأسرة، والدورات التدريبية وبرامج اجتماعية وخدماتية، حيث تسهم هذه الوسائل والانشطة في نقل القيم عمليا من خلال الممارسة المباشرة، كما تساهم في نشر الوعي بأهمية الاجتماع على دعم الجمعيات الخيرية من اجل تعزيز وتقوية دورها في المجتمع. وخلصت الدراسة الى ان الجمعيات الخيرية تعد رافدا أساسيا للتنمية القيمية بالمجتمع، وإنها تجمع بين تلبية الحاجات المادية وتعزيز البعد الروحي والاخلاقي في المجتمع، وهو ما يجعلها فاعلا محوريا في بناء مجتمع متماسك ومتوازن. Summary The study sought to identify the roles of charitable organizations in achieving value-based development in society in the city of El Oued, one of the southeastern provinces of Algeria, where a large number of important and effective local and national charitable organizations are active. The study focused on exploring the educational and service roles, as well as the means and activities that charitable organizations rely on in the field to achieve value-based development in society. The study relied on sociological studies in its theoretical presentation related to the study variables and highlighted the importance of value-based development in society as a link in the chain of comprehensive development. Value-based development, which involves instilling and cstrengthening values ​​in society as a term in the field of educational sociology, also explored values ​​and their importance in guiding human behavior. The researcher was guided by role theory as a general theory, which believes that the individual's behavior and social relations depend on the roles he plays within society, through the position he occupies, without being bound by its procedures and assumptions. In the applied aspect of the field study, the researcher relied on the qualitative approach, using the interview as a basic tool for collecting qualitative data in addition to participant observation, relying on the objective analysis method to answer the study questions. Through the method based on understanding and interpretation, the results showed that the study objectives were achieved in light of its objectives, as the roles provided by charitable societies in society were identified. The educational role represented in strengthening and instilling values ​​​​of all kinds, religious, moral, and social, among the beneficiaries of charitable societies' programs represented in Quranic education, preaching and guidance lessons, organizing lectures and seminars, and training and formative courses, as some charitable societies relied on building value curricula at the hands of experts. The service role, which combines services and education, was also evident in the material and moral support provided to target groups. This included the distribution of food aid, healthcare, and the launch of courses to introduce values ​​and their importance. In addition, childcare in kindergarten and literacy classes were offered to spread the value of knowledge and learning. This role was not limited to material aspects alone, but extended to promoting the values ​​of giving, compassion, solidarity, and mutual support within society. The results also showed that the methods and activities employed by charitable organizations varied and included awareness campaigns, religious lessons, lectures on family relations, training courses, and social and service programs. These methods and activities contribute to the practical transmission of values ​​through direct practice and contribute to spreading awareness of the importance of supporting charitable organizations to enhance and strengthen their role in society. The study concluded that charitable organizations are a fundamental contributor to the development of values ​​in society, and that they combine meeting material needs with strengthening the spiritual and moral dimension within society, making them a pivotal player in buildin g a cohesive and balanced society.
