Abstract
Talent management has become an essential strategic option for organizations seeking success and excellence.
Relying on traditional resources is no longer sufficient, and there is a continuous need to search for talents and
competencies that can make a difference in creativity, innovation, and outstanding performance. In a competitive
environment where there is increasing competition for exceptional talent, human resource management is required
to adopt and support talent management in attracting, retaining, and developing top talents. In this context, HR
management is working on adapting its practices to support and reinforce talent management. This study will focus
on the role of internal mobility in talent management, exploring modern and innovative mechanisms that can make
internal mobility a key function in talent management. Additionally, we will highlight the experience of ACE RH
Société Générale and explore the methods and strategies they use regarding internal mobility to enhance its role
and position as a practice that supports talent management, as it helps in retaining top talen.
