دور المهارات الناعمة في تعزيز الأداء التدريسي

Abstract

This study aims to diagnose the nature of the correlation and causal relationships between soft skills as an independent variable—represented by its dimensions (communication skills ، teamwork skills، leadership skills، decision-making and problem-solving skills، and continuous learning skills)—and teaching performance as a dependent variable. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to analyze data collected through a questionnaire، which served as the primary research instrument. The sample consisted of 160 faculty members from the Technical Colleges of Sulaimani Polytechnic University in the Governorate of Sulaymaniyah. The study tested its main and sub-hypotheses using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)، Version 26، relying on a range of statistical methods for data analysis. The findings revealed the existence of statistically significant correlation and impact relationships between soft skills and teaching performance.
